Successful kick-off for our Innosuisse flagship SHIFT

Our big SHIFT kickoff took place on 24 January 2022, setting the course for a digital and networked healthcare system in Switzerland.

In the flagship SHIFT (Smart Hospital: Integrated Framework, Tools & Solutions), which is funded by Innosuisse , we - 5 practice partners, 24 partners from industry and practice and around 20 hospitals - are working together to transform the Swiss healthcare system. The focus is on developing integrated technical and organisational solutions that put people at the centre. The aim is to develop a blueprint for the digital transformation of the smart & liquid hospital of the future.

At the kick-off, we presented and discussed the objectives of the project, including improving quality and efficiency through innovative technologies such as artificial intelligence and networked systems. Initial steps and to-dos were also defined for the partners involved in order to lay the foundations for successful collaboration over the next 3.5 years.

SHIFT has set sail and is now moving full speed ahead!
