Fourth Sounding Board Meeting

The fourth SHIFT Sounding Board Meeting took place on 5 July 2024 and focused on Pillar D. The project leaders of sub-projects D.1, D.2, D.3 and D.4 presented their current progress and practical solutions for networked management in the healthcare sector.

In specially organised breakout sessions, cooperation between the sub-projects was intensified and the next steps for the further development of the knowledge platform were discussed. The aim was to identify synergies and create a clear roadmap for the implementation of the solutions developed. Thanks to the valuable discussions and creative approaches, specific to-dos and milestones were defined for the final project phase - the project will end in a year's time. In addition, a framework was once again created to fulfil the flagship's claim of forming a consortium.
