Fifth Sounding Board Meeting

The fifth SHIFT Sounding Board Meeting took place on 8 November 2024. The focus was on sub-projects A.1 (Tech-Foundation), B.2 (Hospital in Motion) and C.3 (AI-supported software development). The project leaders presented their current progress and challenges and discussed the next steps with the Sounding Board members.

The solutions presented, including middleware for data integration, activity sensors for patient mobility and a toolkit for more efficient software development, demonstrated the practical focus of the sub-projects. During interactive breakout sessions, the sounding board provided valuable feedback on the content presented.

In particular, the challenges of data integration, the scalability of the technologies and their practical applicability were discussed in depth.
